Nicole Perdue is Of Counsel to Perdue and Kidd. Nicole focuses her practice on civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on employment law and family law matters. She currently represents individuals and employers across the United States in a wide variety of employment-related issues, including policy and procedures, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, equity, and embezzlement. Nicole also has experience handling a full range of family law matters, including divorce, custody disputes, name changes, modification of existing orders, and marital agreements. Nicole regularly collaborates with Bradley Hoover, who has represented individuals in a variety of family law matters for over 30 years.

Known for her compassion, strong negotiation skills, and clear and compelling oral advocacy, Nicole is routinely appointed as a guardian ad litem in Texas state and federal district courts. Serving in this capacity for over 18 years, she has represented the interests of minor plaintiffs in complex litigation from mediation through final resolution of the case. By carefully considering the issues and nuances of each case and thoughtfully weighing investment options for settlement funds, Nicole has earned a reputation as a skilled and tenacious advocate for minor children by the families she serves and in the legal community.
