We selected Perdue and Kidd, Personal Injury Trial Lawyers, because of their reputation with defective medical device litigation and potential malpractice law suits. They clearly and immediately understood the impact this serious injury had on my wife and our family and quickly assigned Mr Michael Clinton as our Attorney. Mr Clinton has significant experience in building strong cases against defective medical device manufactures and this was exactly what was needed. Mr Clinton took the time to lead us through this delicate and complex process with great skill. He explained each step in the process and advised us of choices that were available and decisions that were in our best interest. He listened carefully to us and then guided us throughout this complex process. As a result, his experience and demeanor led us to successfully settling our case. So in September 2018, 4 years after having bilateral knee replacement surgery my surgeon referred me for a nuclear bone scan. The scan revealed that both of my knee implants had failed and needed to be replaced and in a very discrete way lead me to believe that the manufacturer of my implants knowingly sold them anyway. So shortly after my second knee was replaced for the second time I searched for an attorney.

I contacted them early 2019 as was put in touch with Michael Clinton. Mr Clinton called and explained the entire process of a mass tortes case. He was very thorough in his information. He told me that in cases like mine that most likely it would take years(7 or more). Well mid July 2019 Mr Clinton called with news on the status of my case. He indicated that things were progressing more quickly than expected. Between Mr Clinton and his legal assistant Sarah, I was kept updated regarding how things were going. Well today, approximately 2years not 7 or more, I received my settlement. Mr Michael Clinton and Sarah and all of the others that worked on my case were exceptional. I would HIGHLY recommend Perdue and Kidd for any of your legal matters!!!

So in late 2018 my husband passed. After pondering over what had happened I was referred to the law office of Perdue&Kidd. Attorney Newsom handled my case. Mr. Newsom showed great concern for my well being, his voice was very soothing and he listened to me even when I got off track. My daughter attended a couple of meetings with me and Attorney Newsom answered all of her questions as-well. I never felt rushed or pressured.
